Managing IMEI Login Approvals for New Devices

This guide outlines the process for approving staff logins from new devices using IMEI verification in Caction. When a staff member attempts to log in from a device that isn't yet authorized, the system triggers an IMEI check to ensure secure access. As an admin, you may receive notification emails prompting you to review and approve these login attempts.

The IMEI approval feature enhances security by allowing admins to control which devices are permitted for each user. It can be managed directly from the User List in the HR Suite on the desktop site, or via the email notifications sent to verified admin accounts.

This guide will walk you through how to review, approve, or manage IMEI-based login requests efficiently.

Note: IMEI approval can only be performed by designated administrators and must be managed through the desktop website.
