The Main & Sub Job feature introduces a parent-child job relationship system, enabling better tracking of follow-up work, rework, and related job activity.
The primary goal is to improve transparency and accountability in managing job workflows, especially when Jobs require multiple visits or additional effort.
Benefits:
-
Improved job tracking through clear parent-child relationships
-
Better accountability by linking rework jobs to original assignees
- Clearer insight into team efficiency and areas for improvement
- Sub Jobs are automatically linked to their Main Job, simplifying progress tracking and improving context visibility.
- Sub Jobs can be assigned to different users or departments while remaining tied to a single overarching goal.
