How to Verify Email Addresses in a Digital Form Email?

Verifying email addresses in a digital form or system is the process of confirming that an email address provided by a user is valid, reachable, and that the user has access to it. This is typically done by sending an automated email containing a unique verification link or code to the submitted email address.

 

  1. From the Main Navigation Bar, Click the User management, and navigate to Company Profile Settings.


  2. Within the Company Profile Settings page, click on the email list to view the email addresses associated with the profile.
    Note : Select a verified email address to enable as the company's primary email. 


  3. Locate the email address you wish to verify.  The verification process can be started by clicking a icon "!" or by selecting a "verify" option found within a three-dots options for that email address.


  4. An automated email verification will be sent to the chosen email address.


  5. Open the email inbox and locate the verification email from the system. The email will contain a verification URL or link. Clicking the URL confirms authorization.


  6. Once email successfully verified, this email address can be set as the primary email for the company's profile.
