Verifying email addresses in a digital form or system is the process of confirming that an email address provided by a user is valid, reachable, and that the user has access to it. This is typically done by sending an automated email containing a unique verification link or code to the submitted email address.
- From the Main Navigation Bar, Click the User management, and navigate to Company Profile Settings.
- Within the Company Profile Settings page, click on the email list to view the email addresses associated with the profile.
Note : Select a verified email address to enable as the company's primary email. - Locate the email address you wish to verify. The verification process can be started by clicking a icon "!" or by selecting a "verify" option found within a three-dots options for that email address.
- An automated email verification will be sent to the chosen email address.
- Open the email inbox and locate the verification email from the system. The email will contain a verification URL or link. Clicking the URL confirms authorization.
- Once email successfully verified, this email address can be set as the primary email for the company's profile.
