2 min. readlast update: 05.14.2025

The Notification Settings feature allows administrators to customize which alerts and updates users receive through the Caction system. By configuring these settings at the user level, you can minimize unnecessary notifications while ensuring team members receive critical information relevant to their roles.

Benefits :

  1. Filter out non-essential notifications to help staff focus on priority items.
  2. Tailor notification types to match each user's role and responsibilities.
  3. Control whether updates arrive via push notifications, email, or both.

*Note: Only certain admins can edit the notification settings. Please contact your admin if you wish to enable the notifications.
