How to Log in to Caction?

Welcome to Caction! To get started and securely access your account, follow these simple steps based on whether you're using a desktop or mobile device. Whether you're at your desk or on the go, we’ve made it easy to log in and start managing your work seamlessly.

• Desktop Login: Simply enter your registered email and password through your web browser. This method provides a familiar, secure, and reliable way to access your Caction account from any computer.

• Mobile Login: For quick and secure access on your mobile device, log in using your registered phone number. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can log in with your registered email and password.

1. Visit Caction’s website and click “Login”.

2. Login using the registered email address with the correct password.

1. Download the Caction app from Google Playstore or App Store.

2. Open the Caction’s App, enter the registered phone number and click “Send OTP”.

   

3. Check your “Messages” app and look for the “OTP Code” sent by 62XXX.

   

   *Note: Please wait at least 5 minutes before applying a new “OTP Code”.

4. Enter the “OTP Code” you received and click the “Verify” button to login to the app.

   

    

Email Login

1. Download the Caction app from Google Playstore or App Store.

2. Open the Caction’s App, choose “Email”.

   

3. Enter the registered email with the correct password.

   

4. Remember to tick “Remember Me” if the phone is owned by you.
