How to Enable the Wizard Function for Users?

The Wizard Function in Caction is a shortcut tool that brings together multiple separate system settings into one page. Instead of opening different pages to make changes in system, users can manage everything from this single view. This makes the process faster, easier, and more convenient for users handling system setup.

Important Note :

To access the Wizard Page in Caction, a user must have either the Company Settings module, the Template Settings module, or both enabled. User access is determined by the modules enabled in the User Account Customization page, which controls the options available within the Wizard Page. 

 

How do I enable the Wizard Function for my User?

Access to the Wizard Function can only be granted by an Admin or by users who have the User Management module enabled. This is because enabling  required modules for  Wizard must be done through the User Account Customization page, which is located under User Management.

If you need permission to use the User Management module or require access to the Wizard Function, please contact your Admin to have your user access updated.

 

  1. In order to enable the Wizard Function for the user, you will first need to head to User Account Customization page: User Account Customization



  2. Search for the user that you want to enable the Wizard Function, and click on the Pencil Icon.




  3. Look for the "Enable Company Settings Access", "Enable Template Settings", "Enable User Management", and "Enable Import Module" and make sure that all these modules are enabled. Make sure to click " Save Control Settings ".






  4. Once the changes are saved, have the required user to refresh the browser. The Wizard Function will then be visible in the Main Navigation Panel.
