How to Edit/Update Data Inside System in Mobile App ?

This feature allows authorized users to edit and update various data types within the mobile application. Maintaining accurate information is crucial for effective workflow management and team coordination.

BENEFITS:

  • Enables field staff to update critical information in real-time without returning to the office
  • Improves data accuracy by capturing updates at the source when information changes
  • Enhances customer service by allowing immediate updates
  • Supports flexible work arrangements with full data management capabilities on mobile devices

Note: If you do not have access to the Edit or Update, please contact your admin.

Navigate to the section by clicking it.

How to Edit Job ?

Note: "Job" may appear as Task, Ticket, or Deal, based on common terms used in your industry.

  1. Select required job to open job details.

  1. Click the three-dot button (⁝) on the Job Details page and choose Edit to make changes.

  1. In the Edit Job mode, edit the job information that want to update.

 

  1. click the "Save" button to update the job information in system.

How to Edit Project ? 

Note: "Project" may appear as Folder, Contract, or Pipeline, based on common terms used in your industry.

  1.  Select required project to open project details.

  2. Click the three-dot button (⁝) on the Project Details page and choose Edit to make changes.

              

     

  3. In the Edit Project mode, edit the project information that want to update.

  4. After editing the details, click the "Save Changes" button to update the project information.

 

How to Edit Customer ?

Note: "Customer" may appear as Site, Client, or Company, based on common terms used in your industry.

  1. Navigate to Customer tab, and select required customer.

  2. Click the three-dot button (⁝) on the Customer Details page and choose Edit to make changes.

     

  3. In the Edit Customer mode, edit the customer information that want to update.

  4. After editing the details, click the "Save Changes" button to update the customer information.

 

How to Edit Digital Form ?

  1.  Select required digital form to open digital form details. 

  1. Click the three-dot button (⁝) on the Digital Form Details page and choose Edit to make changes.

  2. In the Edit Digital Form section, edit the information that want to update:

How to Edit Asset ?

  1. Go to asset list and select the asset required to open asset details. 

  1. Click the three-dot button (⁝) on the Asset Details page and choose Edit to make changes.

  1. In the Asset edit section, change the information that want to update.

  1. After editing the details, click the "Save " button to save the asset information.
