How to Add Unit of Measurement (UOM) for Product/Services ?

The Unit of Measurement (UOM) defines how a product or service is measured, such as per piece, box, pack, or hour. It ensures consistency in how items are priced, quoted, and invoiced. You can set a fixed unit price or leave it blank for flexible pricing. Minimum and maximum discount limits can also be set to control pricing flexibility.

1. On the desktop site, go to Company Settings > Product/Services Settings > UOM Settings, then click UOM Management from the left sidebar.

2. On the UOM Management page, click the dropdown menu at the top.
   Select the relevant product/services (e.g., General Product).

3. Click the Add New button.

4. Fill in the required fields for the new Unit of Measurement.

5. Click the Save button to confirm and add the new UOM.

6. To update an existing entry, click the pencil icon next to the UOM.

7. Make the necessary changes, then click the Update button to save.
