1. Overview: Reports vs Metrics
Reports and Metrics work hand in hand, with most Admins leveraging both for a complete view of operations.
- Reports (Table Data) :
Detailed row-by-row records of Jobs, Projects, and Digital Forms that can be filtered and exported to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Perfect for keeping track of current status and progress of tasks, creating customer reporting packs, and performance analysis.

-
Metrics (Visual Dashboards) :
Charts and graphs that show trends and performance at a glance. Perfect for management updates, monthly reviews, and customer-facing highlights. Data can be exported to Excel or CSV as well.

Important Note : If a User cannot access the Reports Page, Metrics Dashboard, or Export option, this is due to User Access Settings in system.

2. How to Extract Data from the Reports Page?
Admins can select the columns they want to see and adjust their order to suit their needs. Once configured, they can export the report in the required format. The best part? These column selections can be saved as a Favorite Filter, allowing you to apply them instantly whenever needed or share them with colleagues. Now, the whole team can use the same report setup anytime.
This guide will walk you through the steps to extract reports from the Digital Form Report page. The same process applies to other report pages as well. For this scenario, the Admin needs to extract all Service Reports completed in the previous year.
- Select the type of Report Page required
From the Main Menu, navigate to Business Reports and select Digital Form Report page.

- Select required Form Category and Date Range
Select "Service Report" from the Category dropdown field and change the Date Range to "Last Year".

| No | Terms | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Digital Form Category | Select from various digital form categories. |
| 2 | Filter | Use filter groups to refine your search based on specific criteria. |
| 3 | Favourite Filter | Save your current filter and column settings as a favourite for easy access and automatic application next time. |
| 4 | Default Columns | Customize which columns are displayed by default and save your preferences for future reports. |
| 5 | Export Report | Export your report in different formats for further analysis |
