Accessing Service History of Asset
The service history of an asset is complete record of all activities and changes related to that asset over time.

View the Service History of Asset
Using Mobile
- At the mobile app’s navigation bar, go to Schedule.
- Scroll to the left or right to search for a job using the date.
- Click on the date you want to view.
- Click on the job to open the job details page.
- In the job details page, scroll down to the asset dropdown and click on one of the asset listed to view the asset details page.
- Click "Asset History" to view the service history of the asset.
- The Asset History page is now displayed. You can view the list of jobs that this specific asset is assigned to or removed including the customer assigned to the job, job description, job category, the project that the asset is assigned to, project status, people assigned to the job and Digital Form.

Using Desktop
- At the desktop site navigation bar, go to Business Management > Schedule > Job Schedule.

- On the job schedule page, a calender is displayed along with the scheduled jobs on each date assigned to the technician.

- Click on the specific job that you want to view the asset history in the Job Scheduler page. It will open the specific job in the sidebar as shown below.

- Click on the dropdown arrow on the Asset to view to list of assets assigned to the specific job.

- Click the open icon to view the Asset Details page for that specific asset.

- In the Asset Details page, scroll down the page and click on the "History" tab to view the service history of the asset.

- On the "History" tab, you can view the list of jobs that this specific asset is assigned to including the customer assigned to the job, job description, job category, the project that the asset is assigned and Digital Form.

Filter on the Service History of Asset
Using Mobile
- On the Asset History page, scroll to the left or right to search for the data level to filter the service history of asset.
- Click on the data level you want to filter. For example, "Project" as shown below.
- The filtered result of the service history of asset is displayed.

Using Desktop
- On the "History" tab section, click on the dropdown list to display the list of available data levels.

- On the dropdown list, click on one of the data levels to filter the asset service history. Technicians are able to filter the asset service based on the different data levels including, Site/Customer, Job, Project and different types of Digital Form.

- The filtered result of the asset service history will be displayed. For example, "Project" is selected to filter the result of the asset service history as shown below.
