Help CenterThe System Champion turns on AI Insight in Company Profile and signs the data processing consent on behalf of the company. After this, the AI Insight page appears in the menu.
Before you start
- Who can do this: the System Champion only. If your account has no champion yet, see Add a System Champion.
- AI Insight is in Beta. Each dashboard generation uses AI credits.
Steps
- Go to User Management > Company Profile Settings, then select the AI Management tab.
- Select the AI Insight switch.
*Note: If you see the message System Champion required, you are not the System Champion. Select Open Support tab to see who it is.
- Read the Data Processing Consent. It lists the data Caction sends to the AI provider: job report, customer list, asset list, and check-in / out events. The data covers this year and last year.
- Tick I am the System Champion of this account and I consent on behalf of my company.
- Select Agree & enable.
- When the message AI Insight enabled appears, select Go to AI Insight.
- The AI Insight page opens. The New dashboard button is greyed out while the page shows Preparing your data. Wait until the button becomes active. This usually takes a few minutes. You do NOT need to refresh the page.
Result
The AI Insight switch is on and the red Data consent not yet signed tag is gone. The menu now shows Business Intelligence > AI Insight. The New dashboard button is active and you are ready to create your first dashboard.
*Note: You can withdraw consent at any time by turning the AI Insight switch off. This stops all future processing.
