Help CenterAnswer four short questions and the AI builds a dashboard from your data in about 10–20 minutes.
Before you start
- Who can do this: the System Champion.
- AI Insight must be on and Preparing your data must be finished. See Enable AI Insight.
- Each generation uses AI credits. Your account has 10 dashboard slots.
Steps
- Go to Business Intelligence > AI Insight.
- Select New dashboard.
- Choose what the dashboard is for: Monthly report, Spot the problems or Business health. You can also describe it in your own words. Select Next.
- Choose the main audience, for example Management. Select Next.
- Confirm your industry, or pick a different one. Select Next.
- Read the AI's plan. Select I'm good — continue, or select Let me fix something… to add your own instructions. Select Next.
- On Ready to generate, check the data list. Tick I have reviewed this data and agree to use it for this generation, then select Start generate.
- Stay on the page and wait 10–20 minutes.
*Tip: While it works, the AI may ask you a few short questions. Answer them if you can. Your answers help the AI fit the dashboard to your company. If you do not answer in time, the AI continues without them.
- When it finishes, open the new dashboard from the Dashboards list.
Result
A new card appears under Dashboards with a name like "Dashboard 20260925 1604". Open it to see the Explore tab, the focus tabs and the Insight tab. See Understand your AI Insight dashboard.
*Note: Admin users in your account can also open this dashboard. Other users CANNOT.
