At the mobile navigation bar, click “Dashboard”.

Click “Business Travel”.

Click to filter the business travel.

Click “Start Date”.

Click the “back” or “next” icon to choose the month.

Click on the start date you want.

Click “OK”.

Click “Start Date”.

Click the “back” or “next” icon to choose the month.

Click on the end date you want.

Click “OK”.

Click “Filter By Users”.

*Note: Filter by user depends on your user account access and account type. Please request permission or help from your admin if you do not have access to the filter options.

Click on the user you want to filter.

Toggle the button if you want to show business travel with claims only.

Click the “tick” icon.

All the filtered business travel will be shown as below.

Click on the “map” icon if you wish to check in.

Make sure the location is correct and click “Check-In”.

Check-in is done successfully when this prompt appears.
