On the Company Profile page you name one person as the System Champion — the person in charge of this account. Only the System Champion can turn on AI features and sign data consent for your company.
<h3>Before you start</h3>
<ul>
<li>Who can do this: an Admin user.</li>
<li>You need: the name of a reliable person on your own team who will maintain this account.</li>
<li>The System Champion also receives the email when a client submits or edits a Public Form.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Steps</h3>
<ol>
<li>Select the menu icon, then go to User Management &gt; Company Profile Settings.

<li>Select the Support tab.

<li>On the System Champion card, select Edit.

<li>Select the User field and pick the person from the list.

<li>Read the message, then select Confirm &amp; set champion. The Name, Phone and Email fields fill in from the user's profile.

<li>Select Save.</li>

<h3>Result</h3>
The System Champion card shows the person's name, phone and email. The change is recorded in the Audit Log.
*Note: To change the System Champion later, follow the same steps and pick a different user.
